WHAT IS COACHING?

Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that 
inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The coaching conversation influences the client's understanding, learning, behavior, and progress. Coaching is not mentoring, teaching, or counseling. The coaching relationship involves two equal partners, where the coach actively listens to the client and then asks powerfully focused questions to find new perspectives, improve clarity and enable the client to make progress in some way. A professional coaching relationship exists when coaching includes a business agreement or contract that defines the responsibilities of each party.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF COACHING?

There are many benefits of coaching. These conversations help a person focus on their desired goals. A life coach can support the client to identify their strengths, develop them, and set personal and professional goals. During the coaching sessions, the clients learn to explore and develop themselves to achieve their goals, and also to acquire positive emotions, like inspiration, hope, joy or gratitude.

Due to the ICF Global Coaching Client Study, many coaching clients experienced positive impact in their self-esteem (80%), relationships (73%), communication skills (72%), interpersonal skills (71%), work performance (70%), work/life balance (67%) or wellness (63%).

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COACHING AND THERAPY?

Coaching focuses on visioning, success, the present, and moving into the future. Therapy emphasizes psychopathology and the past in order to understand the present.

WHAT IS HOLISTIC COACHING?

Holistic coaching is a powerful form of personal coaching that approaches every aspect of a person's life. It focuses on more of the larger picture in the coachee's life, hitting on all areas of self-improvement, rather than one.

WHAT ARE THE FEES?

After our first (intake) session - which is free -, you will get a personal offer from me. 

HOW DOES AN ONLINE COACHING SESSION LOOK LIKE?

Regarding the structure of the coaching discussion, the quality, or the used coaching methods and tools, there is no difference between the online and the offline coaching. However, you may prefer one over another. Online coaching is the perfect choice for you if you're far away or just want to stay at home. You will need your mobile/tablet/PC/laptop with a working microphone, audio and camera. For the coaching session, we will use Google Meets. If you would prefer another platform or face technical issues, please let me know.
