It means that besides providing a safe and non-judgemental place for inner work and asking powerful questions that help self-discovery, I show effective practices that my clients can easily introduce into their daily life. 

I believe in reliable and scientifically proven methods, like cognitive behaviour therapy, positive psychology and mindfulness techniques.

Besides my personal experience and certification, I educate myself continuously to make it sure that I give my best to my clients. As a life-long learner, I always seek new knowledge, research studies and follow the trends.

Let's talk about the next steps!

  1. Please contact me first on the Contact me page. Make sure you give me the right e-mail address.

  2. I will get back to you as early as possible. It usually takes one business day.

  3. We will make an appointment to a first (intake) session, where we can get to know each other and see what our work would look like. This session will take 1 hour and it is free, without any commitment. It will be held online, preferably via Google Meets, but if you do not have a Gmail Account, we will find another platform for our session. You will need a mobile/tablet/PC/laptop that has microphone, audio and camera.

  4. If you need to cancel or reschedule our appointment, please let me know 24 hours before.

  5. After our session, we will make our decision about working together. We will think through whether our personalities and my coaching method are a good match or not.

  6. If we decide to work together, we will sign a Coaching Agreement and agree on the details, eg. frequency of the coaching sessions or payment. This agreement is for clearing our roles, responsibilities and expectations.

  7.  Then we can start our journey!
